“13 "But now I come to You; and these things I speak in the world so that they may have My joy made full in themselves. 14 "I have given them Your word ; and the world has hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. 15 "I do not ask You to take them out of the world, but to keep them from the evil one.”

With so much pain in the world, and often times I talk with others that feel anger and so unhappy, there is a source of joy that is only waiting for us to tap into. By our choices we can have that simple a peaceful joy. When we allow ourselves to put our hearts into the world, our desire for happiness will never be fulfilled. It’s like trying to fill up at dinnertime with candy, it sure tastes good, but true fulfillment and joy will never come. We are in the world, but we have the CHOICE with we will be apart of it, or will you seek out the joy by looking towards God and listening to his words. We have our choices and we get to decide our outcomes.
